When you submit our contact form we store the name, email, company, optional website, project pitch, optional references, scope selections and timeline you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and schedule a call.

We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Submissions are stored in our backend database and a notification is sent to our internal Slack workspace so we can respond quickly. Only Make Do team members with an authenticated admin account can read submissions.

The site is built and hosted on Lovable, which provides our database, authentication, file storage and serverless functions. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to the backend is protected by row-level security policies so that contact submissions can only be read by authenticated admin users.

Lovable platform capabilities are described factually here — Make Do is responsible for how we use them, and you are responsible for the information you choose to share with us.

We rely on a small set of providers to run the site and respond to you: Lovable (hosting, database, auth, storage), and Slack (internal notifications of new enquiries). We will update this page if that list changes materially.

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to follow up on your project. If you'd like your submission deleted, email us and we will remove it.
